Unlimited Recovery
is a group of people who have found recovery from alcohol and drugs through the programs of Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics
Anonymous, Crystal Meth Anonymous, etc, etc. Most of us became willing to accept the concept of a "Higher Power"
in these meetings, referring to God. Indeed that is the goal.Then after more growth, work, prayer and study we discovered an
amazing Power. That Power was and is in the Person of Jesus, the Christ! Suddenly our lives in
recovery "LIT UP" in a most miraculous way. EVERYTHING CHANGED! We began to go church. Then we sought
out a venue where we could meet and discuss the new life we have in Christ. This type of discussion is not allowed in
the anonymous meetings. Therefore the"Unlimited Recovery," meeting was founded in September 2005, at First Christian
Church, (Disciples of Christ) Marietta Georgia. We are a discussion group in active recovery and we have the freedom
to use Bible Scripture along with other Spiritual Materials including the Big Book, written by the co-founders
of Alcoholics Anonymous.
